The goal is to provide you with all the tools necessary to promote adaptability, versatility, flexibility and increase range of motion. Essentially, we aim to improve your overall wellbeing and the ability to move more effortlessly throughout the day

NormaTec compression therapy applies pressure on the legs and other areas of the body. This releases tension increases blood flow and reduces pain and soreness
Hypervolt deep tissue massage: It helps relieve muscle pain, stiffness, soreness, increase range of motion, promotes circulation and blood flow. It can also be used to accelerate warm-up and recovery before and after physical activity.
Vyper 2.0 A multi-purpose fitness roller that combines pressure and high-intensity vibration to improve mobility. It can be used as a warm-up device before physical activity or as a recovery device for post-workout.
