Sports Performance Training refers to the training of mind and body to prepare you for the rigors of a specific sport. Going beyond general fitness, we will place a focus on strengthening the athlete in you.

The focus is to enhance the athlete’s performance in competition by improving the athlete’s overall athleticism, optimizing the athlete’s strength, agility, speed, power, coordination, and balance as it relates to the sport in which they compete.

We will boost your self-confidence- mentally and physically, resulting in peak performance so you can lead the competition!

Utilizing the “whole person” approach, an initial assessment that gathers information about the individual’s lifestyle preferences and allows me to develop personalized programs that are tailored to the client’s specific needs and goals.

I educate my clients on the “why” behind the solutions while providing them with the encouragement and motivation they need to achieve their fitness goals.

Personal Training can be done either in your home, or for those who prefer a gym experience, we'll train at Fedele De Santis in West Hollywood (additional fees will apply).

For various reasons that cause many people to overtrain, overwork yet under-recover, this program emphasizes recovery. Recovery training can range from sleep coaching strategies, stress management, flexibility and mobility training.
The goal is to provide you with all the tools necessary to promote adaptability, versatility, flexibility and increased range of motion. Essentially, we aim to improve your overall wellbeing and the ability to move more effortlessly throughout the day.

Specialized add-ons are available to maximize healing, including:
  • NormaTec compression therapy applies pressure on the legs and other areas of the body. This releases tension increases blood flow and reduces pain and soreness  
  • Hypervolt deep tissue massage: It helps relieve muscle pain, stiffness, soreness, increase range of motion, promotes circulation and blood flow. It can also be used to accelerate warm-up and recovery before and after physical activity.   
  • Vyper 2.0 A multi-purpose fitness roller that combines pressure and high-intensity vibration to improve mobility. It can be used as a warm-up device before physical activity or as a recovery device for post-workout.
