My philosophy is to meet people where they are and then take a holistic approach to the goals they set for themselves. Together we create an action plan while remaining flexible in those goals. I teach my clients that it’s not an all-or-nothing process and that their role as an athlete, a parent, and/or professionals impacts how they show up for themselves and in the world. Whether I’m training someone to reach base camp at Mount Everest or encouraging someone to add a salad to their lunch, it’s all about taking steps forward to improve overall health. It’s more about the journey than the destination.
